Venue Hire Charges:

Conferencing Charges:

Conferencing is charged out at R 125.00 per person - which includes:

q     Venue Hire

q     Set up and Take Down

q     Tea and Coffee on arrival

q     A Morning (am) Tea, Coffee and Snack

q     A Afternoon (pm) Tea, Coffee and Biscuits

q     Lunch (menus available on request)

q     Use of Standard Equipment:

o       Overhead Projector and Screens

o       Flipcharts

o       Whiteboards

o       Lectern/Podium

o       PA System and Microphones

  

Imbizo will also arrange at an additional charge your accommodation, car hire, tours, flower arrangement, any printed materials required, gifts, any special equipment, translators, décor, photographer, or any other needs to be catered for.
