From breakfasts, weddings, launches, exhibitions, seminars or conferences our venue is exceptionally diverse, lending itself to a myriad of functions.

Multi Functional Hall

This fully air-conditioned facility offers an open floor area seating copacity for over 1000 delegates and a fixed gallery seating of over 500 delegates. The hall is equipped with state of the arts audio visual and lighting effect equipment. Acoustically sound and specially designed for business pleasure.

 

 

Auditorium

Tiered seating for 100 delegates. Full audio visual and lighting facilities for presentations, recordings and lectures. Equipped with a data projector, screens, flip charts, OHP, and a PA System.

 

Executive Boardroom

This Executive Boardroom can seat approximately 20 delegates and is fully equipped for all presentation and executive meeting requirments. There is a convenient server that can accommodate the catering for the meeting.

 

                 

Executive Lounge

A place to mingle and unwind or a holding room where executive speakers can wait out of the public eye.

 

               

Reception

A spacious Reception entrance for guests to meet and mingle before seating at their function in one of our various meeting rooms.

 

       

Break Away Rooms

Our Break Away Rooms are perfect for those small gatherings or meetings that need to private. Ideal solutions for private meetings.

The following services are avalibe to you when you utilize our conferencing services. Please note that the servies and equipment are avalible upon prior arrangement and request; also some items and services are avalible at an additional charge. Please see Rate and Pricing for costs.

Imbizo can arrange when requested at an additional charge your accommodation, car hire, tours, flower arrangement, any printed materials required, gifts, any special equipment, translators, décor, photographer, or any other needs to be catered for.
